Making our 11,000 square foot building feel inviting and festive is quite an undertaking. Thank you to our volunteers who have been working to make the space feel more welcoming for tomorrow’s Novemberfest event.

CSM’s Nate Perry and Bob Hykes spent the afternoon organizing and sweeping out the building, cleaning up the last of the mess created by our demolition party, stage building and room partition projects.

Sharon Dent, our amazing and tireless Board President, took the day off from her “real job” to run those endless last minute errands that always precede a big event.

This evening, the lovely and talented Robin Showerman stopped by to lend us a hand in decorating. If you’ve ever stopped by her store, Bellas House, you know that she has a knack for making things pretty.

We hope to see you tomorrow evening! The party starts at 5pm with Beer, Bratwurst and Burgers. Live music starts at 6pm with Lizzy Ross and her band.
The forecast is for a clear cool evening. We plan to set up the stage outside along with the Red Oak Beer truck and the grill cooking up Cane Creek brats and burgers. We will have a few outdoor heaters going to ward off the autumn chill. Be sure to bring your sweaters and even a quilt if you want to snuggle on the hay-wagon and watch the band. Inside we will have additional tables and seating for those of you who want a quieter space to chat or want to warm up a bit, Company Shops swag (tshirts and hats) for sale, information on buying ownership shares and investing in our community note program, plus the opportunity to meet a number of local farmers and businesses.
