This Week at the Co-op: Nov 14th - 20th

Tuesday Night: Wellness Hour
Tuesday, Nov 15th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

New! Wellness expert Donald will be hosting "Wellness Hour" on Tuesdays nights at 5:30pm. Each week he will choose a topic of interest and share his wellness knowledge with you. If you have any particular wellness and supplement questions, to make sure you stop by and ask him. He can be found in the wellness aisle most days.

Wednesday: Family Game Night
Wed, Nov 16th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

New! Bring the family and a game (or borrow one of ours), and let us cook dinner. Spend a few hours with your family at the co-op. It is going to be a blast, so make sure you are here!

Thursday Night: Cheese Tasting
Thursday, Nov 17th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

Thursday nights are all about cheese. Resident cheese expert Jonathan Whitlatch will be offering samples and insight into the different varieties offered in our cheese department. Jonathan is freshly returned from training at the famous Murray Cheese Shop in New York. If you've got cheese questions, he's got answers.

Friday Night: Live Music

Friday, Nov 18, 6-8pm

RED CATS - Colorful duets performed by three of North Carolina's most original songwriters: Ron Batson - vocals, guitar, trumpet. Diane Rodelli - vocals, guitar, slide. Dave Rutter - vocals, guitar, harp.

Saturday: Burlington Christmas Parade

Saturday, Nov 19, 10am

Come see the Burlington Christmas Parade at Company Shops Market. We will be serving breakfast, enjoying the parade, and debuting our brand new Company Shops Market Christmas Float down Front Street! The float is a community art project that has been completed through a series of Workshops here the the co-op. Come check out the big reveal this Saturday in the parade. The parade passes right in front of the market. This means that our cafe are will have a great view, but it also means the street in front of the market will be blocked off starting around 7am until the end of the parade. Other parking downtown will be limited, so come early and grab a treat from the bakery before the parade.
